Return Policy

FRNK boutique understands sometimes the fit isn’t right, so we’re happy to accept exchanges/returns on any unworn garments that are unwashed, free of stains, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

Return Period: Customers have 15 days after delivery to process return.

Exchange Period: Customers have 5 days after delivery to process exchange.

Please allow 3-4 days for us to process your return once it’s received. Once we have received your returned package, the items that are eligible for a refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Card refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete the transaction, depending on their processing time.

3. You will return the package to the address provided in the email you will receive after completing the return form.

* Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to FRNK boutique and for re-shipping for exchanges.

**Please note original shipping charges are not refundable.

** We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
